In the very rare case that you have a problem with a product purchased from Golf Club Warehouse, we will do everything possible to assure that you are satisfied.
Golf Club Warehouse will carry out the manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell. Should your item be defective in materials or workmanship, or damaged under normal and customary use, please email info@golfclubwarehouse.com.au
Please include your Order ID as a reference number, it is shown on the top right hand corner of your invoice. Also include a short description of the item damage. We also recommend emailing a photo showing the damage.
We will advise if the item needs to be returned for repair, or if a replacement or refund is the appropriate action for the item under warranty.
Please note: An item which has been altered in any way is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty does not cover postage and handling costs associated with repair or replacement or the item.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to supplying you with what you want. If for any reason the equipment that you purchased isn’t what you thought you purchased, simply return it within 7 days of receiving it, in its original state and packaging, for a refund. We do not cover your postage and handling costs. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
